A growing team needs room to collaborate.

In June 2019 Fracture moved into a new 35,000 square foot solar-powered facility just outside of Gainesville, Florida. Before we moved our teams were split between two offices. The offices were only a block apart but it didn’t provide the collaboration that we wanted for all of our team members.

The new building offers many new opportunities for our team to work together. This includes six meeting spaces, a library, meditation room, kitchen and dining area and plenty of space for all of our teams and production capacity to grow.

Working remotely
Our non-production team members enjoy working remotely one day per week and up to two full weeks per year as the role permits.

Core hours
We ask our team members to be available, responsive, attend meetings and working from 10 am to 4 pm each workday. When you work the rest of your hours is up to you and your manager.
